Working with Us - our partnership in wealth
Our work with you begins with a consultation, usually face to face and at our expense
In this meeting, which doesn’t obligate you to anything, we’ll talk about you, your goals & aspirations and what you want to achieve in your life as well as your journey to financial independence.
You will receive your client snapshot - a document we'll send to you before our meeting to aid your thinking with respect to your current financial position and your future goals, which we then review prior to our meeting, that way, we can use our time togther effectively.
Based on this first meeting, together we'll come to three conclusions:
Initially we'll outline if we feel we can add value to your situation and if not we will refer you to someone else who maybe better suited to assist you with your specific requirements.
Secondly, should we agree there is a need that our strategic advice can assist you, we’ll progress to another meeting once we have formally decided to work together. It’s important for us to agree that there’s a good fit. We see our engagement with our clients as a collaborative long term partnership
Finally, once your goals are clearly identified we'll issue you with a Terms of Engagement that outlines the work we will do and the cost associated with that work. Our fee is all encompassing and so will include the initial advice and all implementation costs.
An ongoing fee will be documented and agreed with you separately and will depend on your ongoing advice requirements.
As everyone situation is different the cost varies for each circumstance. We will always tell you how much our work will cost as we do not operate on an hourly-rate or a percentage of assets basis. You’ll always get a fixed-fee schedule from us.
And once we agree on the objectives, value, and cost, we will commence our strategy development and ensure we see the work through to completion. You’ll never have to worry about running up hourly charges as there are no extra fees.
One more thing about fees: once we agree to proceed with the program, you won't be asked to pay until we complete our advice.
We understand that engaging a financial advisory firm to help build and protect your wealth is a big step so you’ll never get any pressure from us to make a decision before you’re ready. You should also ask questions until you feel good about making the investment.
